Working hours: 15-24 Monday to Friday (Romania Time)

We are looking for a Team Leader/ Specialist to oversee the process of accounts and compliance for our company. Our ideal candidate is familiar with accounts and compliance procedures and can manage daily financial transactions end-to-end.

Team Leader/ Account receivable specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Set objectives for the team that align with the accounting and compliance department’s goals

  • Monitor processes

  • Ensure timely completion of tasks by the team members

  • Conduct checks and find solutions for day-to day operations

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports

  • Organize records of documents following the internal procedures

  • Support Accounts Clerks daily and train new team members

  • Ensure all team members follow the accounting and compliance principles

  • Stay updated with the internal procedures and rules

  • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and high-quality service for the company

  • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.

Requirements:

  • 2 years work experience as Team Leader or Project Manager

  • Advance level of English language

  • Bachelor’s degree of Economics preferred

  • Staffing, planning, and people management skills

  • Hands-on experience with accounting software

  • Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel

  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports

  • Ability to accurately process numerical data

  • Team management and negotiation skills

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Confidentiality

  • Knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping

  • Organizational and Planning abilities

  • Excellent communication skills
