Regarding the Education, Knowledge, and necessary Qualifications, the person we are looking for:
Has knowledge of mechanical drawings;
Has knowledge of purchasing;
Is proficient in using Microsoft Office and ERP;
Speaks English fluently;
Possesses a type B driving license;
Has university studies in Mechanical Engineering (preferably).
In what concerns the Work Experience, our best candidate has:
2-3 year’s experience in industrial purchasing for a production company.

Has purchasing negotiation skills;
Has excellent communication and coordination skills;
Has ability to work with statistics and calculations;
Has analytical skills;
Has excellent professional quality.
The Procurement Specialist’s Main Responsibilities will be:
Purchasing raw materials and consumables for production;
Monitoring the orders placed and maintaining the relationship with suppliers in order to estimate the correct time of delivery;
Maintaining the relationship with the transport services providers;
Constant optimization of purchasing cost, choosing and finding new suppliers when necessary;
The daily management of materials suppliers and outsourced direct service suppliers;
Monitoring the stock levels of raw materials and materials;
The financial management of purchasing;
The storage management of supplies;
Elaborating daily activity reports.
