Colina Learning Center is an educational start-up project, with enormous potential, that opened its doors in September 2021 with 17 children. We are growing and we need a new colleague to help us with day by day operations.

  • You have significant experience with digital tools that make sense of numbers (money, dates, quantities) especially spreadsheets, project and task-management systems.

  • You communicate beautifully. You listen a lot. Talk succinctly. Write compellingly. In English and Romanian.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a professional and organized working environment, building strong relationships with all organization’s departments/stakeholders to ensure stability and smooth operation;

  • Responsible for Facility/Operations Management across the school, including negotiations contracts such as catering, clubs, and children transportation;

  • Work with partners to manage matters related to school facilities;

  • Ensure that our staff (eg Learning Designers) have the tools and supplies they need to thrive in their jobs whilst maintaining fiscal responsibility;

  • Manages school development projects by assigning proper tasks and deadlines to the team and keeping us on track;

  • Maintains our google drive, and helps us to develop habits so that all of our innovation and work is organised and can be found with minimum time wasted;

  • Takes a lead on ensuring that the team documents and reflects upon all processes that take place in the school, including meetings;

  • Elaborates and improve constantly the working procedures and processes;

  • Create and maintain a close relationship with the parents, offering support and answering promptly to their requests in administrative matters (contracts, invoices, educational projects).
