The School Finance Manager will be responsible for financial, legal and compliance, procurement&purchaising and supplier relationship.

Desired previous experience
At least 4 years of demonstrated relevant finance and accounting experience;
Previous experience in office management, procurement or similar administrative roles;
Preferable to have experience with non-profit organizations and/or school environment.
Responsibilities:
Finance:
Develops the annual budget and financial forecast process in line with the overall strategic and business plan for the organization, analyse it from time to time and propose any revision to the budgets during the financial year;
Responsible for the execution of the budget created by the CFO and approved by the CEO;
Balancing short-term concerns and pressures, such as managing cash, liquidity, and profitability, and long-term budgeting;
Evaluates and develops existing banking relationships;
Elaborates reports and keeps the Board of Directors aware of the financial position;
Develops and implements the relationship with the accounting and audit supplier.
Legal:
Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensures compliance with relevant accounting principles and applicable regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting;
A good understanding and knowledge of employment law and ensuring the HR department conforms to these is key;
Intellectual Property;
Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance.
Procurement:
Develops the acquisition plan of the organization and coordinates the implementation of it;
Responsible of the inventory of the whole organization;
Responsible for the acquisition of all the necessary goods and services in the organization.
