Together with our partners, Thrive Themes, we are searching for a brilliant Technical Support.

We are looking for a new colleague to offer support for state of the art conversion Focused WordPress Themes & Plugins together with our long term partner thrivethemes.com.

You are the perfect candidate for us if you have:

  • Technical background (basic knowledge of web related technologies)

  • A basic understanding of WordPress is a plus

  • The ability to simplify sometimes complex instructions so that non-technical users are able to understand and follow along

  • The ability to get familiar quickly with new software and functionality

  • A passion for solving tough problems and proposing elegant solutions

  • A growth mindset, an eagerness to learn and approaches change with optimism and resilience

  • Fluent written communication in English with excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar

Working time is from 2 pm to 10 pm and the job is remote.
