We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers when using our product and services.

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, self driven and have a logical mindset.

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Organization skills with the ability to prioritize;

  • Attention to details;

  • ​The ability to get familiar quickly with new software and functionality;

  • Ownership of tasks, issues and assignments.

Your work experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role;

Your job:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat and rarely by phone;

  • Place tickets and initiate troubleshooting;

  • Diagnose and solve technical inquires that occur;

  • Place tickets and initiate troubleshooting;

  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;

  • Train users to properly use our product and services; 

  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
