We are looking for a Project Manager to effective coordinate the activity of the team and who will develop detailed project plans, ensure resource availability and allocation and deliver every project on time.

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's /master’s degree;

  • Good English knowledge or German, writing and speaking;

  • PC knowledge (Microsoft office,Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet);

  • Proven experience in managing team(s), achieving agreed goals and deadlines;

  • Proven working experience as a project manager;

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;

  • Positive attitude with a drive to a growing mindset;

  • Multi-tasking abilities;

  • Able to make decision on to overcome obstacles and keep process floating.

Your work experience:

  • Experience in project management position for 2 years.

Your job:

  • Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, targets and quality of the digitization projects;

  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project;

  • Collaborate with production teams to create, implement and maintain project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions;

  • Planning teams for the scanning projects and keeping the permanent link with them throughout the project;

  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs;

  • Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for internal team;

  • Ensuring that projects comply with customers ' requirements specifications;

  • Ensure the clarification of specific customer requests that may arise along the way;

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;

  • Ensure production is constantly running efficiently and yet smoothly with focus on efficiency;

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within deadline;

  • Conducting performance evaluation of the personnel;

  • Perform other related duties as assigned;

  • Manage the relationship with the stakeholders from Denmark.
