We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of client projects.

Objectives of this job are ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, by developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time.

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • Excellent Polish knowledge, writing and speaking;

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken;

  • Proven working experience as a team leader in the information technology sector is a plus;

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Your work experience:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Customer Support position or similar Project Manager role;

Your job:

  • Coordinate internal resources for the excellent execution of projects;

  • Effectively manages human resources according to the project planning and efficient allocation of project activities;

  • Ensures the circulation of information in projects for all departments involved through effective and ongoing communication;

  • Monitors the progress of tasks and offer support in prioritizing tasks;

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within results;

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation;

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule;

  • Manage the relationship with the client and respond in time to the requests;

  • Assign tasks to colleagues, provide support to them and maintain good relationships with the team;

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
