Pure Promotional SRL is a company owned by Araco International B.V. within the group we take currently care of all work related to embroideries. Here in Romania we have been active since 2009 under the name Broda SRL. Due to several setbacks, of which the fire that completely took down our previous location at Tetarom 1 was the biggest challenge, we are currently making a fresh re-start on new location, also with a new management team.

A management team you will become part of meaning also you will participate in taking strategic decisions.

What your average day looks like

You look for new orders coming in, you align with Designers (that do the pre-work by turning a design into an embroidery card that is readable for the embroidery machines) about their workload and any possible challenges. You align with the team leaders how we are with your planning versus capacity. In case of any machine setbacks you take the lead to align with mechanic to fix any problems (secure continuity) and where needed check on the routinely maintenance.

You check if all needed goods are in or will arrive on time. Besides these operational day to day occupation. You make analyses how we stand with efficiency, machines stand still, thread consumption etc. etc. You are the key person in improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma etc. etc.) you delegate your team to keep the workplace clean, structured and organized to create a safe and pleasant environment.
