Overview:
Our client, automatic conveying and sorting solution supplier, is developing the production facility and needs the skills and expertise of an Order Processing Specialist

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • University degree in Engineering (advantage)

  • Understanding of technical drawing and design, AutoCAD (nice to have)

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Advanced English knowledge (mandatory)

  • Proactive approach

Your work experience:

  • Experienced technical background required

Your job:

  • To assure a first and basic technical support;

  • To process orders from customers daily;

  • Maintain the relation with the customers to complete orders, by email;

  • To send quotes to the client;

  • Collaborates with the sales, accounting, planning and logistics department;

  • To maintain and improve level of relations with customers portfolio;

  • To properly manage all the orders processing (from receiving the order to delivery/invoicing)

  • To understand, analyses and match customers’ requirements;

  • To acquire a proactive approach to customers.
