We are looking for a marketing manager who can support us in the growth of our brand. We have a global presence in all continents and our biggest markets are US, Europe and Asia. We are looking for a person with a global perspective who can help us strengthen and create new strategies for the audiophile community and audio audiences around the world. Our company is driven by design and we pursue to create an audio experience beyond the technicalities. We are looking for an integral profile who understands the importance of having a strategic mindset and a brand identity driven work method. This role will work with a multidisciplinary team and we expect him or her to provide a work structure that integrates all lines of talents with measurable goals and trackable KPIs of ideas and actions. Even though we are in the sound industry we are looking for a candidate who can bring the brand into cultural industries such as design, art, innovation and lifestyle consumption.
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Baia Mare office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote premium headphones globally.
Set marketing goals and KPIs in line with the company's business objectives.
Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and social media specialists.
Foster collaboration, provide guidance, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Encourage skill development within the marketing team.
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, preferences, and competitors' strategies.
Identify opportunities for growth and market expansion.
Develop and maintain the brand identity and positioning for the premium headphones.
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and channels.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on marketing ROI and key metrics.
Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs.
Research and assess new markets for potential expansion and develop market entry strategies for new countries.
Stay updated with industry trends, marketing technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments, such as research and development and sales, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
Experience in global marketing or working with international teams is highly valuable, given the company's global presence.
Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and inspire a diverse marketing team.
Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Proficient in English
