​At Meze Audio we take products from concept to design, engineering and then to manufacturing. We control the whole product development inhouse.

You would be in the Industrial Design team which is part of the the R&D department working with Acoustic and Engineering team to come up with optimal solution to accommodate mechanical, acoustic and aesthetic goals and also to make sure the project is feasible for manufacturing.

You would create concepts by sketching and 3D modeling trough a iterative process, you would occasionally assemble partially functional mock-ups or fully functional prototypes.

In our Baia Mare facility we have the capacity to create inhouse physical parts by 3D print/CNC/lathe/laser cuter and you will have the opportunity to work on those machines as well.

You would be working on different projects: headphones, earphones, accessories, jigs for assembly and manufacturing but also new product categories.

The design team actually creates the brief at the beginning of the process and after the design process also takes the creation all the way to production and oversees parts of the manufacturing/assembly. In this way it is a unique opportunity.

• Passionate about product design and form?

• Proficient in key areas of design, including CAD, sketching, mechanical design, materials selection, ergonomics?

• Quick to learn new terms, absorb information and turn it into compelling objects?

• A creative person with hands-on experience in research, ideation, mockups etc?

• Able to move projects forward, set goals, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines?

• You have good interpersonal and communication skills?

• Can you prove your skills and knowledge above trough a portfolio?
