The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Lead and control Payroll Activities of the company (the payroll specialist will be subordinated);
Develop and implement policies, programs and practices regarding human resources; activities, such as planning, hiring, evaluating and developing the workforce of the company;
Act as a support and consultant for management and staff, in dealing with personnel issues;
Oversee the development and implementation of all HR processes in the company - supervise, offer support, verify and be an active part in the:
Recruitment & selection of personnel, and induction programs – for production and office staff;
Periodical updating of the job descriptions and the organizational chart;
Personnel assessment projects (performance appraisals, satisfaction appraisals, psychological appraisals);
Career development and training programs (write and/or check the annual training plan and ensure the plan is carried out accordingly);
Compensation & Benefits – analyze and propose to the management, solutions for improvement of the current package and ensure the implementation and proper communication of the new system, to all new employees;
Maintain the relationship with staff and deal with labor disputes.
Regarding the Education, Knowledge, and necessary Qualifications, the person we are looking for has:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or related field;
Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English;
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
In what concerns the Work Experience, our best candidate has:
At least 10 years of experience in human resources;
Experience developing and implementing different HR processes and systems, in a production or retail/ service environment;
Experience in managing a team is preferable.
