We are looking for a human resources specialist who can support us in the growth of our team. We are looking for an integral profile who understands the importance of people well being at work. The main objectives of this role will be to create a supportive work environment, attract and develop talent and align HR practices with the company's growth objectives.
Required to work from office, Meze Audio head office, in, Baia Mare.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Identifying, attracting, and selecting suitable candidates for various positions within the company. This would involve creating and posting job advertisements, evaluating CVs, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers.
Onboarding and Orientation: Ensuring that new employees are effectively integrated into the organization by providing them with the necessary information and resources to quickly adapt to the company's culture and processes. This could include organizing company orientation programs, preparing necessary materials, and facilitating the integration process.
HR Administration: Managing the administrative aspects of human resources, such as recording and updating employee data in internal systems, managing legal documentation and employment contracts, as well as managing time and leave.
Organizational development and culture: Promoting and supporting a positive organizational culture aligned with the company's values and objectives. This would involve organizing internal activities and events, implementing employee recognition programs, and managing interpersonal relationships to promote healthy communication and a pleasant work environment.
Professional development: Identifying employees' training and development needs and facilitating their access to learning and professional development resources. This could include organizing internal training programs, facilitating access to external courses and seminars, and managing performance evaluations to identify career growth and development opportunities.
Employee relations: Being a "glue" in the organization, the HR specialist should be available and accessible to employees, providing support and advice on various work-related issues or work environment matters, and promoting a culture of transparency and mutual respect.
Legal compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and other relevant regulations in the field of human resources to avoid potential legal issues or sanctions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration
Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners. Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills are also important.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, particularly when handling sensitive employee information and legal documentation.
Adaptability and Flexibility: The ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, as well as willingness to take on new responsibilities as required in a small company environment.
Ethical Conduct: High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
