We are looking for a human resources manager who can support us in the growth of our team. We are looking for an integral profile who understands the importance of people well being at work. The main objectives of this role will be to create a supportive work environment, attract and develop talent and align HR practices with the company's growth objectives.
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Baia Mare office.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct job interviews, apply personality tests and manage the hiring process.
Collaborate with department leaders to determine staffing needs.
Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with potential hires.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Develop and implement onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
HR Administration:
Manage HR records, including employee files, contracts, and benefits administration.
Handle payroll processing and timekeeping
Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Performance Evaluation and Management:
Implement and manage a performance evaluation system.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
Assist employees in setting and achieving performance goals.
Employee Engagement:
Create and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
Organize team-building activities and events.
Promote open communication and a positive work environment.
Coaching and Development:
Identify employees' development needs and create individual development plans.
Offer coaching and mentorship to help employees reach their potential.
Identify and provide training opportunities.
Talent Development and Succession Planning:
Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
Encourage career growth within the organization.
Culture Maintenance:
Foster and reinforce the company's culture, values, and mission.
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Communication Facilitation:
Act as a liaison between employees and top management.
Gather and convey employee feedback and concerns.
Ensure that management addresses employee suggestions and issues.
Utilize HR metrics and data analysis to make informed decisions and prepare reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with senior management on HR-related strategic planning.
Ensure the company complies with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.
Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Expertise in designing and implementing performance evaluation systems, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans.
Experience in providing coaching, mentoring, and career development guidance to employees would be a plus.
Strong organizational abilities to manage HR administration, payroll, and documentation efficiently.
Proficient in English
