We are looking for a new colleague located in Cluj Napoca, to complete our sales team, and to cover the North - West part of the country.

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • University Degree

  • PC skills: MS Office

  • Good command of English or German

  • Confident manner during customer contact

  • Driver license B category

  • Independent and dynamic, with highly developed social skills, integrity, and confidence

Your work experience:

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, handling complex projects, with focus on bringing in new customers

Your job:

Bring new business and develop the current customers in the assigned area (CJ, MM, BN, MS, AB)

The main areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively looking for new leads and new business opportunities

  • Developing the portfolio of customers, by promoting textile rental and cleaning services

  • Visiting regularly potential and existing customers, negotiating and signing new contracts, reaching the set targets

  • Offering professional solutions to meet the requirements and needs of the customers

  • Developing and implementing new strategies to ensure the customers’ loyalty

  • Preparing and submitting to the management different sales reports, according to the company’s policy
