Department: Design of embroidery cards (work preparation)

Main objectives of the job:

In your position you play a crucial role in translating a logo (vector) into a embroidery program. You will need to learn how a design from the program will appear in reality, influenced of course first of all by your design but also by the material used and the material on which the embroidery is placed (textile, silk, leather, cotton, etc. etc.)

Main tasks:

  • Obtain the needed information from sales/clients and translate the drawing into a usable embroidery card that your team members with the embroidery machines can use to make a high quality embroidery in time.

  • Understand the process and the machines to optimize your contribution with embroidery cards throughout the whole process.

  • Communicate clear and specific with colleagues and work according planning for your team

  • Put in requested data accordingly in system and communicate to the team lead any delays or abnormalities

  • Assist on continuous improvement on processes and usage of software

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • Work with Vector based design software and industry specific software

  • Very good level of English is needed

  • Positive attitude with a drive to learn and grow

  • Organization skills with the ability to prioritize

  • Logical thinking, problem solver and open minded

  • Flexible and able to work under some pressure
