Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Preschool/Early Childhood Teacher

  • Advanced English knowledge

  • You have experience with at least an international curriculum (British-style, American-style, Montessori, etc.)

  • Excellent understanding of the principles of child development and preschool educational methods

  • Ideally, you are familiar with innovative pedagogies (project-based learning, agile learning, self-directed learning)

  • Your love of children fuels your love of teaching. You understand that relationships come first, learning follows. You know how to develop positive relationships with children, parents, colleagues.

  • You communicate beautifully. You listen a lot. Talk succinctly. Write compellingly.

  • You are, first of all, a learner yourself. You love to develop. You are coachable.

Your job:

  • Elaborate and implement a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children

  • Observe each child and help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem

  • Encourage interaction between children and act as a mediator when needed

  • Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)

  • Organize nap and meal time meanwhile supervising children to ensure safety and sanitation regulations in the classroom

  • Monitor children’s progress and offer periodically feedback to parents

  • Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche
