Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of machine shipping procedures;

  • Technical background to understand commissioning conditions;

  • Advanced English knowledge written and spoken;

  • Computer skills: MS Office;

  • Driving license: B category.

Your work experience:

  • Proved experience on a similar position would be an advantage;

  • Working experience in direct contact with end customers is a must;

  • Experience from any similar field with technical equipment will be useful.

Your job:

  • Coordinating the delivery of CNC machines between European suppliers and the end customers;

  • Keeping close contact with the customers in Romania, guide the truck unload, prepare the set-up place according the manufacturer instructions, put the machines in operation with company’s technicians;

  • Scheduling trucks and maintaining a portfolio of logistic partners;

  • Collaborate with all departments involved in Romania and Switzerland;

  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements;

  • Prepare documentation for: preinstallation, pick up orders and installation.
