The main objective will be to manage all office tasks related to the installation, maintenance and repairs of the machines, organizing the interventions and keeping a close contact with the customers

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of spare parts is a plus;

  • Very good PC skills, MS Office (Excel Advanced), Internet, FMS;

  • English knowledge - advanced level;

  • Driving license – B category.

 Your work experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical department;

  • Experience as a Service Technician is a plus;

  • Relevant experience in coordinating the service activity and also in direct communication with customers;

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with end customers.

Your job:

  • Managing the installations of the machines

    • Check the delivery plan of the machines, in order to inform the customer regarding the arrival of the machines; work closely with the sales department to obtain the needed information regarding the new sale.

    • Schedule the installation intervention, in agreement with the customer, keeping close contact with the transport carrier.

    • Process in FMS all data related to the installation, inform the headquarter and HAAS bout the installation and about any problems that may occur.

  • Managing the service activities

    • Make and update the list of the technical issues sent by the customer (via email, phone or by filling in the ticket in FMS), updating daily the status of each ticket.

    • Prepare the necessary parts and tools and make the price offer; consult with the Service Manager when needed.

    • Assign, together with the Service Manager, the technician/s for each ticket, inform the customer and schedule the intervention.

  • Offering support regarding the maintenance activities

    • Update weekly the list with the machines that need maintenance and inform the customer.

    • Operate the tickets, checking to see if they are filled in correctly, check the prices for the parts, calculate the final price and send the data to the financial department for the invoicing.

  • Managing the tickets in FMS, for all types of intervention (installation, maintenance, repairs);

  • Ensure the periodical technical inspections of the company’s cars and make sure the documents are up to date;
