Your knowledge & qualifications:

Technical Requirements

  • Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS.DHCP. Group policy

  • Knowledge of security permissions

  • Citrix NetScaler / Desktop Delivery Controller / Storefront

  • Microsoft RDS (Remote Desktop Services)/RDG (remote Desktop Gateway)

  • O365 knowledge and migration understanding a plus

  • Windows 7 and 8 and 10

  • Working knowledge of vSphere

  • Printing setup/troubleshooting

Your job:

  • Install and configure virtual servers / desktops as needed per scope of work

  • Working knowledge of horizon connection servers must be able to troubleshoot issues

  • Follow documentation provided on build best practices

  • Install and configure citrix environments when applicable

  • Understanding of bandwidth requirements based on purposed solution

  • Provide assistance in optimizing PC and server performance as it applies to LAN/WAN

  • Troubleshoot and identify trending issues while providing PC and server support

  • Implement and configure Microsoft based solutions such as Microsoft Office, Office365, and third party applications

  • Provide tier 3 support, when needed

  • Other duties as assigned
