The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing financial sustainability, driving financial performance and maximizing return on investment for the Group. Will manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversees the preparation of all financial reporting. Advises on long-term business and financial planning. Provides leadership, direction and management of the team.

Your work experience:
At least 10 years of demonstrated relevant finance and accounting experience.
Prior experience of being a CFO/Finance Head in a multi business Group.
Represent an advantage to have stock market experience: IPO’s, raise capital.
Your job:
Plan and coordinate the Group’s financial and administrative activities.
Advises on long-term business and financial planning.
Control each organization’s overall financial plans and policies, accounting practices.
Oversee and monitor the Group’s financial position, banking and financing activities and capital structure.
Represent the company professionally to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, funds, etc.
Identifies opportunities for expansion into new markets; oversees investment of funds and acquisition of additional capital required for expansion.
Work directly with the President to help raise capital, loans and venture capital for the Group.
Establish and develop key relationships with senior management and internal/external stakeholders and partners.
Provides leadership, direction and ensure proper training of all personnel working on financial, accounting, fiscal and administrative matters.
Supervises the legality and obtaining the necessary documents for starting real estate projects, authorizations, accounting notes, receptions.
Approves contracts with suppliers and customers according to the accounting policies approved by the Board of Directors.
Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
Overseeing the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics; including budgets, forecasting, monthly and quarterly reports, along with the day-to-day accounting.
Elaborate report and keep the Board of Directors and investors aware of the financial position and financial development of the Group and the operating companies.
Provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
Develop appropriate key performance indicators to monitor and drive the financial performance of the Group and the operating business units.
