Role description:
As part of our continued growth in Romania, we are looking for Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for our products and personalization techniques.
- Identify, visit, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote our products and make our customization possibilities known in the market.
- Gather feedback from clients and share insights to help improve pricing, marketing strategies, product range, and social media presence.
- Propose and initiate local deals, collaborations, and events to attract and retain clients.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up on offers and orders, collaborating closely with customer support.
- Provide regular reporting on client activities and sales opportunities.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and target-setting for domestic sales.
Requirements:
- A proactive and driven sales professional who enjoys being out in the field and connecting with people.
- Strong communication skills in Romanian and English (spoken and written).
- The ability and flexibility to travel extensively within Romania (up to 75% of the time, including occasional overnight trips).
- Experience minimum 5 years in B2B sales, field sales or client relationship management in customized products, marketing, or branding.
- A good understanding of the local market, key players and personalization techniques.
- Confidence in approaching potential clients and converting opportunities into lasting partnerships.
